Terms of Payment: Open account on approved credit. Net 30 days. All past due invoices are subject to 1.5% per month interest.

Shipments: We ship via UPS ground unless instructed otherwise. We ship via FedEx or any other carrier upon request by billing shipment to your account number. Delivery of the products to the carrier will constitute delivery to customer, and title and risk of loss will pass to customer.

Custom Cabls: All sales of all of our custom cables or cable assemblies are final since they are custom made to order. All our custom cable assemblies are manufactured in inches with a standard length tolerance of +-1.0% or +-1/4" whichever is greater.

Warranties: All Products including custom cables are covered by 180 days warranty; double that offered by the competition.

Liabilities: Our liability is limited to: repairing merchandise, replacing it or crediting its value.

Returns: No returns for repairs or otherwise shall be accepted without prior authorization from Federal Custom Cable. All shipping charges for returned merchandise shall be paid by the customer.
